I wish to take this time to express my deepest thanks for your prompt, efficient and most effective assistance. Where does one turn after receiving an electronic item manufactured in the 80's that I do not know how to use, nor it's effectiveness, nor it's value...........why the Internet of course! Thank God for Savant Audio & Video in Princeton, NJ and president Joshua Cintron. Not only did Mr. Cintron respond promptly to a barrage of questions I had, backed with knowledge and skill, he did it two days consecutively when I came up with more questions!! Thank you, thank you! I would have been totally defeated without your rescue mission, Mr. Cintron.
