This is just a much too short word of thanks for all your help and guidance over the years. It was 14 years ago that I first visited your shop and had a wonderful listening experience that has helped guide my decisions ever since. Your recommendations--the Merrill turntable, the Morch arm with Benz cartridge; the Rega Brio, and last year the Mira, have been wonderful. Equally on target have been your freebies -- the recommendations for 100 dollar Toshiba cd players which have outperformed equipment costing four nd five times as much; the instructions for building terrific diy speaker and power cable -- Home Depot specials -- things you don't even sell!! ...... I've never had another dealer take that time and trouble. Many times, you've steered me away from expensive products you do carry in favor of cheaper ones you've suggested I get used or at Best Buy. Your sense of price performance ratio has been superb. The Mira is only the latest example. And I've never had another dealer judge my tastes so well - and by mail!! So this is just a small thanks for all that. You live up to your firm's name. All the best
